Deal Approval in Directus CMS:

When a deal is approved in Directus, a flow is triggered checking that status field. This webhook then sends a request to a custom serverless function we created.

Sending the SMS via BurstSMS:

Using the BurstSMS API, the serverless function sends an SMS notification to the customer, informing them that their deal has been approved.
